We had a customer come in today on a Hyundai Sonata and wanted to get a personal inspection with a mechanic they use. I have to say that from the very moment we pulled in Sue was there to help. They went over and assessed whole vehicle and gave it a clean bill of health. But, it's not the clean bill of health that impressed me, it was the honesty and thoroughness in which they looked out for one of their own customers and wasn't looking to upsell. As well, it also shows the integrity we have as a company in the PreOwned vehicles we provide. I have seen other clients use various service centers in the local area (Simi, Conejo and San Fernando Valley) and get told they need to do a various service work like flushes and tune up, or something was leaking on a vehicle that was still under factory warranty. My bother-in-law and various friends and acquaintances use and recommended them and now I know why! The service and integrity of BJ's Automotive is just too notch!!!

Whenever I drop off a car Sue asks when I need it back and they usually are able to accommodate my schedule, but if not she tells me upfront so I can plan accordingly. I brought my Mazda RX8 sports car in to figure out what was wrong with it due to it driving poorly. I learned from BJ's automotive that there was a major leak of gas in my car that was a huge problem. Fortunately, they found out that there was a recall for my car and even set up a appointment at a local Mazda dealership to fix it for me. Definitely will be continuing to take my car here.

I had a great experience with this company! I had a flat tire when I returned from traveling and called AAA to fix it. AAA sent a technician from Community out to check out the tire; he was so helpful. Since the tire was damaged, I brought it to their shop the next morning. They were friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. They promptly called with the results and gave me information before doing any work.
