I can not express to you what an awesome experience I had with this company! They were so honest, professional & they went above & beyond to make sure my got the proper service. This is the most positive experience I have ever had from ANY other automotive shop I have dealt with-ever! The staff are so courteous, knowledgeable & they are with you from start to finish. I wish I could give them a 20 star review, just so I could give them a 21!! Recommend to every car owner in SO.CAL ! The absolute best!

Wonderful customer service with fast, knowledgeable and friendly service. They provide AAA discounts. Had all brakes done, new battery and an oil change. When we got home, to my surprise, they had cleaned the whole engine compartment, filled all fluids and made everything look factory new! WOW, I have never seen that detail from any shop. I've been driving by BJ's for years taking the back way to traffic on LA Ave. my Lexus needed a 55,000m service and Firestone would have taken 10 days as well as a competitor to BJ's to take the car. I called BJ's on Friday and took the car in first thing am Monday. Within an hour the service was complete with recommendations for the next 5000 mile service. They don't compete on price but you get what you pay for. Sue was thorough, patiently explained their business philosophy. I'll take the car to BJ's for my 60,000m service and have them do the brakes. Strongly recommend this shop. Thanks Sue!

We had a customer come in today on a Hyundai Sonata and wanted to get a personal inspection with a mechanic they use. I have to say that from the very moment we pulled in Sue was there to help. They went over and assessed whole vehicle and gave it a clean bill of health. But, it's not the clean bill of health that impressed me, it was the honesty and thoroughness in which they looked out for one of their own customers and wasn't looking to upsell. As well, it also shows the integrity we have as a company in the PreOwned vehicles we provide. I have seen other clients use various service centers in the local area (Simi, Conejo and San Fernando Valley) and get told they need to do a various service work like flushes and tune up, or something was leaking on a vehicle that was still under factory warranty. My bother-in-law and various friends and acquaintances use and recommended them and now I know why! The service and integrity of BJ's Automotive is just too notch!!!

They are always very communicative regarding the status of our vehicles and are quick to respond to calls and texts. It never feels like they are pushing us toward unnecessary maintenance or other expenditures. Whenever I drop off a car Sue asks when I need it back and they usually are able to accommodate my schedule, but if not she tells me upfront so I can plan accordingly. Brakes
