I've been driving by BJ's for years taking the back way to traffic on LA Ave. my Lexus needed a 55,000m service and Firestone would have taken 10 days as well as a competitor to BJ's to take the car. I called BJ's on Friday and took the car in first thing am Monday. Within an hour the service was complete with recommendations for the next 5000 mile service. They don't compete on price but you get what you pay for. Sue was thorough, patiently explained their business philosophy. I'll take the car to BJ's for my 60,000m service and have them do the brakes. Strongly recommend this shop. Thanks Sue!
